director, animator and Illustrator who Trained in South Africa, Shahar graduated with distinction from City Varsity College with a diploma in animation and special effects.
Head animator and character designer in "Uz-Li Guz-Li" based on the creation of Avraham Shlonski and in "Alterman's pencil", who got the golden record award, based on songs of the poet Natan Alterman.
